Yes, but I understand how to deal with that.

It does, and there are lots of other bugs in it (e.g. it thinks %zu
is invalid on NetBSD-current because the conftest.c does not include
<stdio.h>).
I'll have a look at that and then see what part needs to be dealt with
upstream.
