 Testing right now with GCC_REQD=3D13.
 It will take a while, because I don't have GCC13 yet.
 
 I'll reply once it will be done and then try with 14 too.

 There is an issue for that upstream https://github.com/protocolbuffers/prot=
 obuf/issues/26383
 
 Protobuf requires C++17, so let's don't bump USE_CXX_FEATURES to c++23.
 
 Can you try to set GCC_REQD=3D14 (or 13)=A0in the Makefile and try again? O=
 f course, that will pull lang/gcc14.
