Thank you, rvp@ for the report / fixes, and wiz@  taking care of the
commit and apologies for the late reply, I have been a bit busy with
work and real life hence could not find the time to go through the
patches earlier.

I have also been chasing a bug in the NetBSD "btop" where it starts
hogging the CPU, but did not get much time to debug it properly.

Hopefully I can dedicate a bit more time during December fixing some
of the issues and also upstream the patches too.
