The issue was that zlib-ng prior to 2.2.0 had memory allocation issues
that the resulting unzip binary was choking on. (When it hits that
particular error, it first checks for a specific library version match,
and complains about the difference.) With the versions of zlib-ng
presently in Fedora 41 and newer, this no longer manifests.
