>Description:
lang/python/batteries-included.mk still contains references to python38
and python39 that are no longer present in pkgsrc-current.

Why does it stop and only references up to python312?
(python313 and python314 are not referenced)
I guess that's because python313 and python314 already had all the
	batteries included, right?

The file seems to be introduced by "Expanding Python base
	package" email thread
	<https://mail-index.NetBSD.org/tech-pkg/2023/10/19/msg028319.html>.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Code inspection
>Fix:
If no longer needed, remove references to python38 and python39 and
possibly vet that python313 and python314 should not be listed there.
