 texlive-collection-latexrecommended: Completely remove tex-lwarp.
 
 lwarp indirectly depends on lang/clisp, which is broken on several
 platforms. Removing lwarp from the meta package will make it buildable
 on more machines. If someone needs lwarp, they can install it by hand.
 
 Fixes PR pkg/58341.
