The distfiles for the "compat80" package are missing from all
distfile sources.  Namely, the subdirectory "20191014" is missing
and that is where pkgsrc expects to find the distfiles:

Attempt to fetch dependencies for anything that requires "compat80".
>Fix:
There is a later "compat80-*" in another subdirectory:

  pub/pkgsrc/distfiles/LOCAL_PORTS/20200807/

but using it will required updating the distinfo for the correct
checksum values.

If the intent is to move to "compat90", then these files (and only
"compat90-*" files) are in the

  pub/pkgsrc/distfiles/LOCAL_PORTS/20211116/

subdirectory.
