Re: pkg/59445: pkgsrc bootstrap tools do not respect LOCALBASE
Thanks for checking... I cannot reproduce it now either.
After repeated bootstraps requiring pkg_admin -K, I assumed the
problem was related to my use of a novel LOCALBASE, and bootstrap
--pkgdbdir resolved it, but there must have been some bug in my env,
after several reconfigurations now, I am no longer seeing it.
