There are man pages for libdrm but in the RST format:

drm-kms.7.rst             drmAvailable.3.rst        
drm-memory.7.rst          drmHandleEvent.3.rst
drm.7.rst                 drmModeGetResources.3.rst

Since the whole DRM business is daunting, it would probably be a good idea to include the man pages (some, referenced, don't exist), particularily drm.7 and drm-kms.7.

Process them at build time with textproc/py-docutils:rst2man-* in order to obtain a *roff compatible version.
