 Trying to update this PR with some information. =20
 
 After installing =E2=80=98imv=E2=80=99 (simple image viewer) - this =
 problem goes away.  I am assuming one of the graphics lib. dependencies =
 pulled in for imv fixed this (svg, gif, jpeg etc libs). =20
 
 Seems like whichever one it is needs to be a dependency of netsurf.
