and 9.0_2021Q3
and gm4 would not run with Illegal instruction

/usr/pkg/bin/gm4: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, SPARC32PLUS, V8+ Required, total store ordering, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /usr/libexec/ld. elf_so, for NetBSD 9.0, stripped

I found 9.0_2021Q4 version was okay:
/usr/pkg/bin/gm4: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, SPARC, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked, interpreter /usr/libexec/ld.elf_so, for NetBSD 9.0, stripped

I didn't check other packages.

Remove incompatible m4 and other packages from sparc downloads.
Replace with working packages.
