 m4 is also used at runtime to preprocess the ctwmrc file.
 That's why it is a runtime dependency.
 
 NetBSD's m4 does recognize -P (but not -s, or at least in the past it
 didn't) so I guess that's why -P isn't checked.
 
 I wonder where the -P comes from though, since I can't so easily find it
 in the distfile.
