I guess this won't fix on upstream or pkgsrc defaults.

Setting
> enable-shm = no
or
> shm-size-bytes = 8388608
etc. in ~/.config/pulse/daemon.conf or /usr/pkg/etc/pulse/daemon.conf
could be enough for workarounds per user environments.
