It looked good and I have imported in pkgsrc as databases/py-kb.

Only functional change done: when using PyPI we can use
MASTER_SITE_PYPI.  Apart that I have only modified the style
of unversioned dependencies from `>=0' to `-[0-9]*' (the latter
is more common).
