These are my binary packages, which I initially thought was being caused 
by a misconfiguration on my part (as I usually have strict checks for my 
binary packages prior to publishing which stop this kind of breakage 
from reaching users.)

However this appears to be by design for the NetBSD ghc builds with 
crazy CHECK_SHLIBS_SKIP and LD_LIBRARY_PATH settings.  My SmartOS builds 
do not exhibit the same issues.

I will be putting in additional special checks for NetBSD in my builds 
to avoid broken packages from being published, but someone else will 
need to go and actually fix the root problem here.
