Re: pkg/55858: adding a new package "math/erfa" to pkgsrc

The following reply was made to PR pkg/55858; it has been noted by GNATS.

I feel sorry that my submissions have made a trouble.
I apology for it, and I did not mean to increase the amount of work.
It was my first experience to submit packages, and I probably did not
know the best way to do it.

Actually, the reason why I used send-pr to submit some packages was
simply because the official document said to do so.
I went through "The pkgsrc guide", and in chapter 23 I found the way
to submit packages is to use send-pr.
Now, I find a sentence about pkgsrc-wip at the end of the section
23.2, but it says the use of pkgsrc-wip is an "alternative" way.
My impression is that the document is somehow misleading.

I also would like to mention that Thomas and Makoto gave me
 suggestions to use pkgsrc-wip.
Thomas kindly made an account for pkgsrc-wip for me, and Makoto is
 kindly checking what I submitted.
