Debian 4.19.152-1 (2020-10-18) x86_64 GNU/Linux
>Description:
Building of sysutils/upower on Debian 4.19.152-1 (2020-10-18) x86_64 GNU/Linux fails in configure step.
The error message says the configure cannot find gudev-1.0 >= 147.
I installed host libgudev-1.0-dev package, but the configure cannot find the gudev-1.0.pc file installed in /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig.
When I copy the gudev-1.0.pc into the buildlink directory (work/.buildlink/lib/pkgconfig/), configure found it.
The same happened for libusb1 library.

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.
Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GUDEV_CFLAGS
and GUDEV_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

>How-To-Repeat:

>Fix:
It was possible to finish the build by copying the system /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/gudev-1.0.pc into the buildlink directory (work/.buildlink/lib/pkgconfig/).
However, I think there should be more appropriate way to fix this.
