The Amaterus window manager doesn't seem to be maintained since 2000/11/12 (see https://translate.google.com.br/translate?sl=auto&tl=en&u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.taiyaki.org%2F).  Also, its homepage disappeared (http://taiyaki.org/amaterus/index.en.html neither http://taiyaki.org/amaterus/ exists).

I had to run "chmod +x ~/pkg/bin/amaterus" because the package configuration is not complete.  Echoing "exec ~/pkg/bin/amaterus" to .xinitrc started the window manager, but there is no hint on how to configure its menus.  Searching the internet for instructions on how to configure Amaterus, I could not find anything useful.

Just run "[b]make -C /usr/pkgsrc/wm/amaterus install" to see all the problems written on the full description.
>Fix:
Running "chmod +x ~/pkg/bin/amaterus" or "chmod +x /usr/pkg/bin/amaterus" solves the non-executable problem, but all other problems remain.

I suggest removal of this window manager from pkgsrc, as there are better light alternatives.
