The Redmine packages haven't been updated in some time. The main package has some security advisories.

Get tired of using old, insecure software.
>Fix:
1. Remove devel/ruby-redmine_{bootstrap_kit,jenkins,startpage}. These packages do not work with the latest version of Redmine and haven't seen changes upstream in some time;

3. There are two new themes, devel/ruby-redmine-purplemine2 and devel/ruby-redmine-yh-theme, which are more modern and recently updated themes;

All the pkgsrc files referenced in that patch are uploaded to the folder for easy review too. There's a tarball of the pkgsrc files if you want to download them easily. Please, get this in before the freeze so it can be included in 2019Q1.

We've tested this with ruby25. All the plugins and themes work fine. When 2019Q1 is released, we'll retest with ruby26 (possibly ruby24 too) and provide and updated patchset for next quarter. Thanks.
