 As well as devel/m4, archivers/gzip is also affected by this problem.
 The difference, though, is that gzip has since been updated with a
 bundled version of gnulib that addresses the issue. So our fix there
 should probably be simply to update gzip from 1.6 to 1.10. Unless
 anyone knows of a reason not to do this?
