 I've put this in my LOCALPATCHES tree and it does indeed allow sendmail
 to build on -current (sparc-8.99.26 for me).  I have not yet performed
 a functional test, but expect to do so soon-ish.
 
 Any possibility of adding to pkgsrc patches or upstreaming?
