 Does setting PKGSRC_USE_SSP to `no' (e.g. via `env PKGSRC_USE_SSP=3Dno'
 when invoking bootstrap) help?
 
 (If that does the trick and SSP is not supported on Tribblix I
 think that pkgsrc/mk/platform/SunOS.mk needs adjustments for
 _OPSYS_SUPPORTS_SSP)
