chat/line-purple should be disabled or deleted in current and stable pkgsrc.

Apparently, LINE started banning the accounts of people who use 3rd party applications, (see, which this package is.  This can result in the loss of all your contacts and account information.

The original developer of this software broke his build on purpose:

I'm not sure of the preferred pkgsrc way to handle these kind of cases.
Is it just to add
 BROKEN="some reason"
to the pkgsrc Makefile and increment the version?

I don't really have a preference to disable or delete, just wanted to know the "correct" pkgsrc way to handle.

I can do the work in a week or two, or if someone else wants to handle this feel free.
