In pkgsrc-2018Q2 pkgsrc/lang/gcc6/Makefile (rev 1.13) and
pkgsrc/lang/gcc6-libs/Makefile (rev 1.5) have the same PKGREVISION (=2)
but PKGREVISION for pkgsrc/lang/gcc6-libs/Makefile should
be more than pkgsrc/lang/gcc6/Makefile as noted in the comment:
