 I should have said that there was a "${WRKSRC}/doc/cs/cs.mo" file
 generated, similar to "de/de.mo" and "es/es.mo", so all that was
 needed was to touch the "cs.stamp" file.  No clue if the "cs.mo" file
 is complete, however.
 
 I noticed in the "cs/cs.po" file a number of "0x8A" bytes and recall some
 issue with UTF-8 changes in another package (relating to O-umlaut) having
 to do with needing to parse comments.  Apparently these don't cause issue,
 but the claim of a "0xC2" byte someplace I didn't see.
