In particular I was trying to build syz-fuzzer from
 https://github.com/google/syzkaller
I've built the binary, and it does execute. This problem occurs with only a
 few packages specified to import.
Eg: "github.com/google/syzkaller/prog" doesn't cause any problems
 whatsoever but "github.com/google/syzkaller/pkg/osutil" does.
I cannot push these changes upstream, so I'd like to get this issue
 resolved.

 Utkarsh Anand
