 Are you using a non-standard PREFIX ?
 I see:
 Installed /usr/pkgsrc/sysutils/xentools48/work/.destdir/usr/pkgsrc/sysutils/xentools48/work/.destdir/usr/local/lib/ocaml/site-lib/xenbus/libxenbus_stubs.a
 
 which looks like the package mixed PREFIX and DESDIR in some way ...
