The themes shipped with xfce4 are unuable from a usability point of
view (scrollbars that hide the slider if not hovering? wtf?)
and even produce css errors.

In https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8707
it is suggested to use Mate themes instead.

This should be tested and be a pkgsrc option (or the default), unless
upstream fixes themes.
