"evince" uses "libsecret" which has been a problem, but it does not
 install anything in "/usr/pkg/lib/gio/modules".

"abiword-plugins uses "libsoup" which in turn depends on "glib-networking".
 which installs "usr/pkg/lib/gio/modules/libgiognutls.*" and
 "usr/pkg/lib/gio/modules/libgiolibproxy.*". Rebuilding "gobject-introspection"
 succeeded."

Interesting data point on a i386-current (8.99.1) system. Attempts to
rebuild "gobject-introspection" failed until the "gvfs" package was
removed with "pkg_delete -R". Building and use of "gobject-introspection"
 then succeeded.

I have an 8.0_BETA/amd64 system which has also failed to rebuild
 "gobject-introspection" during 'pkg_rolling-replace'. I will repeat
the procedure there once it finishes building the rest of the packages.
