mail/neomutt and news/tin both install man/man5/mmdf.5, which means that both packages cannot be installed at the same time.

>How-To-Repeat:
Attempt to install neomutt and tin on the same system.
>Fix:
I checked mail/mutt and I see that in patches/patch.ag the Makefile is patched so that the file is installed as man/man5/mutt-mmdf.5. This avoids the issue.

I'm guessing that doing the same for mail/neomutt would be the best (it also brings it in line with mail/mutt).
