 I think that the PHP package is still using its
 bundled PCRE at this point, and strangely, devel/pcre
 in pkgsrc has the jit disabled (it is off by default,
 and nobody enabled it).
 
 (see pkg/50236 for instructions how to switch to
 pkgsrc pcre, likely still valid for php7)
