I'm not sure I understand. I have not had any problems with NetBSD 7.0.

The problem only appears on machines running a locally-built 7.99.32
or later release (after the switch to GCC 5.4.0). Updating a previously-
installed "gobject-instrospection" fails. Building all packages from
scratch, "gobject-introspection" itself succeeds, but several (not all)
packages that use it in their build process fail later.

If I update the system with a TNF snapshot build, the failures persist.
If I then remove all packages and rebuild everything from scratch, all
packages succeed (on amd64). On i386, everything succeeds until
"multimedia-gstreamer1" is built, then it fails and everything else
 begins to fail too.
