 I don't think there is one.  I debated filing one myself the last time
 I tried but ultimately didn't.  When I can set the system up again and
 have another go at it, I will.  The gist of the problem is that it's
 looking for some Apple-specific header that doesn't exist for whatever
 the last version is of Xcode that can be used on a 10.4.11 system.
