 Thanks for the patch.
 
 I've added it to wip/bitlbee and updated it to 3.4.2.
 It seems to build fine, but I'm not sure how to test otr etc.
 
 additionally, bitlbee should probably run as bitlbee user, not root...
 is there a way to write this in the rc script?
