 Okay, when I last successfully built "kicad-4.0.1", it was with
 "wxGTK30-3.0.2nb2" from pkgsrc-2015Q4.  It fails with "wxGTK30-3.0.2nb5"
 from pkgsrc-HEAD.
 
 Rolling back to "wxGTK30-3.0.2nb3" (19-Jan-2016 04:20 UTC), kicad and
 audacity build successfully.
 
 Rolling forward to "wxGTK30-3.0.2nb4" (16-Feb-2016 03:41 UTC), kicad and
 audacity build successfully.
 
 Rolling forward to "wxGTK30-3.0.2nb5" (17-Feb-2016 10:17 UTC), kicad fails,
 but audacity builds successfully.
