I cannot install both packages at the same time:
- emulators/fuse
- filesystem/fuse

I suggest to rename emulators/fuse to emulators/fuse-emulator. At first look there are no PLIST conflicts between these two packages.

cd /usr/pkgsrc/emulators/fuse && make install
cd /usr/pkgsrc/filesystems/fuse && make install

Rename emulators/fuse to emulators/fuse-emulator
