suse100_fontconfig, suse121_fontconfig, and suse131_fontconfig use
/usr/pkg/etc/fonts/local.conf for pkgsrc fontpath settings.

There is no way for users to put site/host specific local fontconfig
settings for Linux binaries because modifications against
/usr/pkg/etc/fonts/local.conf will be overwrite by the "pkg_add -u" ops.

Note I would like to add local font settings for adobe-flash-plugin
on NetBSD/i386 and NetBSD/amd64.

suse131_fontconfig (for NetBSD 7.0_RC1) also checks
~/.config/fontconfig/fonts.conf so we can put local settings there,
but suse121_fontconfig (for NetBSD 6.x) just checks histrical
~/.fonts.conf and newer pkgsrc fontconfig for native app complains
"~/.fonts.conf is deprecated" everytime.

>How-To-Repeat:
- pkg_add suse121_fontconfig
- edit /usr/pkg/etc/fonts/local.conf and add site specific settings
- pkg_add -U suse121_fontconfig

Move current pkgsrc specific definitions in
pkgsrc/emulators/suse1??_fontconfig/files/local.conf.in
(which will be stored as /usr/pkg/etc/fonts/local.conf)
into other place, like /usr/pkg/etc/fonts/conf.d/51-pkgsrc.conf etc.,
as native pkgsrc/fonts/fontconfig does for files/30-pkgsrc-aliases.conf?
