Please remove the unconditional inclusion of devel/libuuid in devel/apr:

- downloading of the archive for devel/libuuid fails, none of the configured hosts carries it

- after downloading the archive manually, compilation of libuuid fails

After removing the dependency on libuuid from devel/apr, the package compiles just fine.
