RE: pkg/45036 lang/see not compiling on NetBSD -current (evbarm)

What has been done:
- Added autoreconf to USE_TOOLS
- As per pkglint warning, moved to "__sparc" instead of "__sparc__" in 
patch-aa:10
(obviously done a: bmake makedistinfo)


In regards to pkg/45036 lang/see not compiling on NetBSD -current 
(evbarm)
- Error was: dtoa.c:269:3: error: #error "Exactly one of IEEE_8087, 
IEEE_MC68k, VAX, or IBM should be defined."
- joerg's fixed this with : $NetBSD: patch-aa,v 1.2 2015/02/19 22:26:22 
joerg Exp $ adding IEEE floats
- Package (see-3.0.1376nb9) does compile successfully on current 
(7.99.6) evbarm-earmv7hf/201503090500
- Added pre-compiled binary here: 
http://packages.netbsdfr.org/HEAD/current/evbarm/20150310/see-3.0.1376nb9.tgz
