 DISTNAME is different from PKGVERSION_NOREV, one is
 "the_silver_searcher-0.29.1" the other is "0.29.1"; one works, the
 other doesn't.
 
 The '-' thing is the trick we use for github to get useful filenames
 for the distfiles instead of just "0.29.1.tar.gz".
