If you want to build www/nginx with the naxsi compile option, you cannot fetch the naxsi distfile. In options.mk, the distfile should be downloaded from http://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/distfiles/ but there is no distfile for naxsi here.
>How-To-Repeat:
1 : verify in /usr/pkgsrc/distfile you do not have naxsi-0.53-2.tar.gz
2 : use PKG_OPTIONS.nginx+= naxsi in /etc/mk.conf
3 : try to build /usr/pkgsrc/www/nginx.

Please upload naxsi-0.53-2.tar.gz http://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/distfiles/ or modify SITES.${NAXSI_DISTFILE} and according options to download naxsi (project download page is https://github.com/nbs-system/naxsi).
