Here is a patch that updates XFCE to version 4.10.

Applying the patch also fixes pkg/42072.

Caveats:

This patch contains only the core parts of XFCE and the terminal, so this patch
removes all the extra XFCE plugins and applications that I didn't need and so
didn't upgrade. However adding the rest should be simple, just manual work,
with the possible exception of xfce4-mixer. The core parts required no patches.

Also this patch does not include thunar-volman nor xfce4-power-manager,
because I suspect these require upower and udev. I didn't even try to package
them.
