>Description:
I have updated wip/calibre, because it was very old.
Since it has grown a new dependency, py-apsw, I have added that
to wip. And since a pkgsrc package should not depend on a wip
package, and I can't commit to pkgsrc myself, I've added calibre
itself to wip as well (for now), rather than send a stupidly long
        patch.

Calibre "needs" access to private header files of Qt4. I have
tried to keep that hack as minimal as possible. ArchLinux has
made a package from them, but unless there is some other pkg
that needs that, I think that is making it a bit too "official".
On the other hand, that hardcodes the qt distfile's name (with
version number) in our distinfo. On the third hand, Qt4 is
apparently in maintenance mode and increasing the version number
seems fairly unlikely in that case.

>How-To-Repeat:
build misc/calibre, see it is very old.
>Fix:
import both pkgs into pkgsrc proper.

pkglint pointed out that there is an update request in the
doc/TODO file. That would be resolved by this.
