Hmm... well, things like py-mock and py-pyutil are in devel, and so
are similar things for other languages. I would go ahead and put them
there.
It would probably be better to move many of these others from misc,
but it's also probably not worth actually doing given the expense and
hassles of moving stuff in CVS.

Neither do I... but you've at least looked at these packages.
