The python issue is gone. But:
I had to fix security/gnutls first:

Otherwise "nanosleep" is not found. This should get fixed upstream. The
configure script checks for everything and the kitchen sink anyway, and
now librt is linked to binaries that probably don't need it.
After this diversion, building wireshark fails here:
