The nedit editor, build from pksrc editors/nedit with X11_TYPE=native, can be 
started and the default settings can be changed.  When saving the default 
settings, it crashes with the following message on the console:

X Error of failed request:  BadValue (integer parameter out of range for 
operation)
  Major opcode of failed request:  91 (X_QueryColors)
  Value in failed request:  0xffb3b3b3
  Serial number of failed request:  6109
  Current serial number in output stream:  6109

The same happens when you try to save a file.
