 Only the sysutils/webmin package was fixed.  Every single one of the 41 
 packages that depend on it are broken on DragonFly (and TBD for other 
 non-NetBSD platforms).
 
 Since I am not going to fix 41 packages, I continue to advocate that 
 this package be reverted.  Caveat: it's possible they all have a common 
 locale-based cause that could be fixed together, but I still don't have 
 time to investigate.
