 Actually, it turns out that "pfb2pfa" comes from fonts/ps2pkm, and
 "pfbtopfa" comes from print/ghostscript. TeXmacs actually depends on
 neither of these packages, so if either of these programs is available
 at runtime it's purely by accident.
 
 I don't know which one of these is preferable, but I'm inclined to go
 with the one the package is expecting.
