Thanks for the update! Some comments:
Just remove PKGREVISION lines when updating.
Most patches still did apply, so I kept them.
I've also updated Transmission-gui (new translations were added, distinfo 
update)
Diffs are preferred to sending all files again.
Please include a short list of changes to the previous version when
submitting updates.
