Since marking perl MAKE_JOBS_SAFE=no is undesirable (because it's largish
and tons of stuff depends on it), this problem happened with 3 jobs, and
lately we've been doing bulk builds with 4-8 jobs routinely and it doesn't
break there, let's assume this has been fixed upstream unless/until it
reappears.

If you or anyone else sees it again, let us know.
